Your medical information deserves the same care as your treatment.
When you submit an appointment request we collect your name, contact details and the clinical concern you describe. If you create a patient-portal account, we also store the case history, scans and reports you choose to submit.
Your details are used solely to schedule and prepare for consultation, provide the requested second-opinion review, and let you track that review. We never sell or rent patient information.
Portal records and uploaded files are private to your signed-in account and the authorised reviewing doctor. Files are served through short-lived secure links and are protected under medical confidentiality and applicable Indian data protection law.
